Our association management services can be on small scale with one outsourced service to a complete transfer of management operations. There is no “one size fits all” approach to association management.   • Organize and conduct executive nominations and elections

  • Solicit speakers and panelists and make all necessary travel arrangements

  • Develop comprehensive event budgets

  • Plan and solicit sponsorship opportunities, vendors, event promotion and marketing

  • Prepare program books, signage and other printed materials

  • Manage registration and fees collection

  • Serve as point of contact for facility and logistical needs

  • Provide on-site event management

  • Ensure scheduling and event time management

Financial Services

  • Maintain bank accounts
