Leach Policy Management is a small firm that specializes in government relations, association management, and policy development with a grassroots approach to deliver results for clients.

The firm provides expertise in animal law, healthcare, biomedical and life sciences, and real estate matters. Leach Policy Management has an extensive background in assisting coalitions, non-profits and corporations in lobbying, public advocacy, and relationship management.

About the firm’s principal: Thomas A. Leach, Esq.

Tom Leach, the firm’s principal, has more than 20 years’ experience working in state government, legal affairs, and trade associations where he developed extensive experience creating policy positions and legislative initiatives for management and government affairs clients. Tom began his career in the New Jersey State House as an aide in the Office of the New Jersey Governor and later served as a legislative aide to a New Jersey State Senator. After completing law school, Tom managed his own law office focused on small business, real estate and development, and served as counsel to a large real estate brokerage firm before transitioning his career to focus on government affairs and advocacy. Tom received a BA in Political Science from the College of New Jersey and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
